“When you do the exercises with other people who have the disease, it is a lot more supportive than when you do it alone.”

  • "There is clear scientific evidence that a regular exercise routine can help people improve and manage the effects and symptoms of Parkinson's disease. My program is helping participants maximize their strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and functional mobility, in an environment which is stimulating, both physically and emotionally. Having the support of others in the same situation is also an important part of the program."
